At Lair of Mythics, every relic is handled with care and a touch of magic. But if something goes wrong with your order, here’s how refunds are handled:

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Relics

If your artifact arrives broken, misprinted, or not the treasure you summoned, contact us (kwwpwe@lairofmythics.com)  within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll conjure a replacement or issue a full refund. Return shipping is on us if the fault is ours.

🔮 Change of Mind Returns

If you regret your summoning (we get it, forest spirits are persuasive), you may return unused relics within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.

• Return shipping is your quest to undertake.

• A 10% restocking tribute will be deducted from your refund to appease the goblin clerks.

🗝️ How to Begin the Ritual

To start a return or refund request:

1. Email us at keeper@lairofmythics.com with your order number.

2. Include photos if your relic is damaged or incorrect.

3. We’ll reply with next steps and instructions for sending the item back (if applicable).

💰 Refund Timing

Refunds are sent to your original payment method once the relic is received and inspected. Please note: courier costs for crossing realms (shipping fees) are non-refundable.
